Stonehill is a private Members' club located in Pathum Thani, Thailand. The information
below provides a general guide to guest access, admittance policies, and Club standards.
Are non-Members allowed to play golf at Stonehill?
Yes. Guests may play golf and use both the Golf and Clubhouse facilities when
accompanied by their host Member.
Which areas are open to non-Members?
Our restaurants Ubuntu and Rock Creek, our bar Firefly, and The Pavilion welcome all
guests and are available for dining, bookings, or private hire.
What is Stonehill's guest admittance policy?
Members may bring guests to the Club in accordance with the privileges of their
membership category and established Club policies.
- Guests may be required to produce proof of identity upon arrival.
- Minors under the age of fourteen (14) must be accompanied and supervised by an
adult Member at all times.
- Alcoholic beverages may not be served or sold to any person below the legal
age under the laws of Thailand.
Are caddies and golf carts required at Stonehill?
Yes. The use of caddies and golf carts is compulsory for all golfers, in accordance
with Club policy.
What time should I arrive before a tee time or reservation?
Guests are encouraged to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to their scheduled tee time
or reservation to allow sufficient time for check-in.
Can non-playing guests access the golf course?
No. Access to the golf course is limited to Members and their accompanied guests who
are playing golf. Non-playing guests are not permitted on the course.
Is Stonehill suitable for corporate events or workshops?
Yes. Stonehill regularly hosts dinners, golf functions, press conferences, and
workshops in a modern and well-appointed setting.
Is there a dress code?
- Dress Code at the Golf Course:
- Shirts must have collars, turtlenecks or mock turtlenecks. Women's
Sleeveless tops must have a collar or high neck.
- Slacks or shorts, and skirts for women, are permitted on the golf course.
Shorts and skirts must be worn at an appropriate length.
- Appropriate golf shoes are required on the golf course. Shoes with metal
spikes are not allowed under any circumstance.
- Slacks, shirts, shorts or skirts made of denim or jeans of any color,
collarless shirts (for Men), cargo pants, shorts with large, baggy,
expandable outside pockets, single toed thongs (flip-flops), jumpsuits,
undershirts, jogging suits, jersey knit leggings, drawstring type pants,
sweat pants, swim suits, elastic type pants, spandex body suits, bicycle
or short shorts, T-shirts, tank tops, singlets, tennis shorts, dungarees,
cut offs, halters, tube tops, or other extreme cut away tops will not be
permitted anywhere on the golf course.
- Changing of shoes or clothes in other areas of the clubhouse, other than
in the locker rooms, is prohibited.
- Dress Code at the Clubhouse:
- Club casual and appropriate golf attire is acceptable unless otherwise
stipulated.
- Swimsuits, spandex body suits, bicycle or short shorts, tank tops,
halters, tube tops, or other extreme cut away tops will not be permitted
at the Club.
- Smart casual attire is required at Rock Creek.
Is parking available on-site?
Yes. Complimentary on-site parking is available for Members and guests. Please note
that valet parking service is not available.
